Can I return my order?
Yes - but don’t hurt our feelings.
If your cap arrives damaged, defective, or just not your vibe, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How do I return it?
- Email us at support@blunk.co.uk
- Include your order number and reason
- We'll send return instructions
- You post it back in unused condition
Return shipping costs are on you — unless it was our bad. Then we’ll sort it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll refund you back to your original payment method.
Give it 5–7 working days to hit your account (banks are slow, not us).
Exceptions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed (no festival leftovers)
- No returns on final sale items
- Exhanges? We don't do them - just return and order again
Final word
If you're unsure, just message us. We're chill.
Unless you’re returning it because your ex said it was ugly — in which case, keep it. You’ll miss it later.
